This option uses home wifi to connect to weather computers that adjust your percentages of use daily. It also has a phone app for your convenience to make programming changes. This can be shared by the homeowner and anyone else they wish (including us)

Rain Sensor

Rain sensors

Rain sensors should be employed on every system to account for local rain. Once it receives a certain amount of water, it prohibits the system from running until it dries out and allows the system to return to its original programming.

Rain sensors are an important component to both the WiFi system, IQ system, or any irrigation controller.

This option is a more professional, monitoring system that allows for more detailed control by both the resident and us. This option is more expensive but is capable of handling larger properties.

This utilizes cellular connections and not just wifi.
